1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered for confirmed bookings under the following conditions:

14 days or more before the scheduled tour date → 100% refund of the booking amount.

7–13 days before the scheduled tour date → 50% refund of the booking amount.

Less than 7 days before the scheduled tour date → No refund will be issued.
2. Ife Consult Cancellations

Ife Consult cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., artist unavailability, venue restrictions, or external events), you will receive either:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule your booking at no additional cost.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Any customized itineraries, third-party bookings (e.g., accommodation, transport, or meals), or special requests confirmed on your behalf may be subject to different refund rules depending on the service provider. These costs may not be refundable.
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original booking.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Guests who do not show up for their scheduled experience, or who arrive late and miss significant portions of the tour, are not eligible for refunds.
