Thank you for booking your bespoke art tour and advisory experience with Ife Consult (https://www.ifeconsult.com/). This Booking Policy explains how we process reservations, payments, and cancellations for our curated art journeys. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Process

All bookings are made through our website or directly via our team. Once you have submitted your request, we will confirm availability and provide you with a booking confirmation email.

2. Payment & Confirmation

  • Bookings are secured upon receipt of full payment or a deposit (as specified for the selected experience).

  • Payments must be completed within the timeframe indicated in your confirmation email.

  • Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by Ife Consult.

3. Tour Scheduling

  • Experiences are scheduled according to availability and may be tailored to suit your group’s preferences..

  • We reserve the right to adjust itineraries in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., artist availability, venue changes, or external factors including adverse weather conditions). Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable.

  • If Ife Consult is required to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Participant Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details (names, contact information, and special requirements).

  • Ife Consult is not liable for delays, missed experiences, or disruptions caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided at the time of booking.

6. Health & Safety

  • Participants are expected to follow all safety guidelines and respect local cultural practices during the experience.

  • Ife Consult reserves the right to decline participation to any guest whose behavior disrupts the tour or compromises the safety of others.

7. International Guests

Our tours are primarily based in South Africa and across the African continent. If you are booking from outside of South Africa, please ensure you have made the necessary travel arrangements (e.g., visas, flights, and accommodation).
